RESERVATIONS

Following an availability check, reservations must be made in writing to 17onWellington reservations office by email info@17onwellington.co.za

Once confirmed, all reservations are subject to the Terms & Conditions below:

DEPOSIT

For one night's stay: Full deposit required.
Peak holidays (Dec, Easter and special events) 50% Deposit and the balance end of October.
For last minute reservations we require full payment prior to- or on day of arrival.

All other bookings: 50% deposit of full amount quoted.
50% Remainder Required prior to- or on day of arrival.
Late check-ins, payment required the following day by 10:00.

PAYMENT

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, we regret no AMEX or Diners club cards & unfortunately no cheques. Accommodation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Please provide your VAT number, if applicable, for your VAT claim purposes.
Proof of payment must be emailed or faxed to 17onWellington Suites reservations office by email info@17onwellington.co.za

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@17onwellington.co.za

REFUND POLICY

Ours is fairly simple, but we ask you as our guests to keep in mind that once a room is booked it is no longer available to sell online.
Our normal refund policy: Full refund if cancellation occurs 36 hours before reservation date.
However, for large bookings (3 or more rooms) and or peak holidays (Dec, Easter and special events) - refunds will be given once rooms are rented out again.
We regret no refund will be given for non-arrival and no show guests & 100% of total booking quoted is payable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Check-in time: from 14:00 to 19h00.
Check-out time: by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
Late arrival: Please advise us of late arrivals so arrangements can be made.
Reception hours: 07:00 to 19:00 daily.

MEALS

Breakfast: Ranges from healthy options to a full English breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner options are available. Dinner vouchers for 11 different restaurants are also available.
Additional guest services are available: from picnic baskets to special activities, wellness treatment packages, Honeymoon packages etc.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request

PLEASE NOTE

8 of our apartment suites & rooms are accessible by climbing stairs. If any persons in your party have a problem climbing the steps, please notify us when making a reservation, as we cannot guarantee alternative rooms/suites on arrival.
